Reflection:
I chose to shoot my photos at Cape Cod on a beach that had a nice dock and my backyard. The top left, top middle, and bottom middle photos I took from a farther distance than the other photos. The position I held my camera was straight on except the photos that are angled up to the sky. I also took each individual photo vertically. On the bottom right I considered to use the law of thirds. A third of it was the deck, then the rocks, and then the sky. The bottom left flowers have a third flowers, another a small leaf, and then another flower. I believe that my top middle photo is the best representation of a successful photo that leads the viewer’s eye through the work. I made it so it looks like you’re getting ready to walk up the stairs from the deck. The lines on the stairs after the first couple steps, you see the lines on the stairs directing you to the next set of stairs and so on and so forth. The lines of the stairs and railing lead you eye all the way to the top.
